CoLomba – Cooperazione Lombardia – is the association of the organizations of international cooperation and solidarity of Lombardia Region, which gathers together more than 100 organizations active in development cooperation and humanitarian aid.
Founded in 2007, the Association inherits the experience of the Assembly of Lombardy, that since 1989 linked Lombardy based NGOs recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (on the basis of Law 49/87).
With the new Statute and the constitution of the Association, all NGO and no-profit organizations engaged in international cooperation and/or assistance in the development and/or development education can be part of CoLomba.
